I ordered the very expensive shoes and they were sizes too large.. I have email 3 times , called 3 times left messages.. no answer

The quality of the shoes was as advertised. I had to return them because of the fit. I previously gave a one-star review because of the length of time it took without contact after the shoes were returned. After sending an email and submitting a review I was immediately contacted and was assured the return was processed. I was very pleased when I saw a full credit a few days later on my card. This is a small business, so I didn't expect next day service but the length of time for the return made me nervous. The response after reaching out was exceptional.

I'm afraid I didn't have a good start? As the first pair of shoes came in the wrong size! But I was able to exchange them, and had good help from Jessel, the service representative! My new shoes came and fit beautifully 👍 Almost a two month wait,yet worth the wait 😃I can just imagine how hard the cobbler artisan s are working to fill orders, and that they are backed up and doing the best they can!

I have long wide feet. They are also quite flat. I have trouble finding shoes that fit well and are comfortable all day. Earthing Harmony flats were an exception! They fit well and provided day long comfort. Very unusual in my experience!

I was so disappointed! I paid over $130 for sandals. They fit well but the copper rivet on the right sandal was not inserted properly so it did not lay flat and was so uncomfortable I couldn't wear it. I went back and forth with more than a dozen emails. I sent pictures twice and all they said is they give me 30% back but they will not replace the defective sandal. The responses were canned and they just keep repeating the same script over and over. On 6/17, a manager contacted me and ordered me a new pair of sandals and they arrived directly from Turkey on 6/28. They are beautiful and super comfortable. Thank you Earthing Harmony for doing the right thing! I love my new all leather Earthing sandals!
