The shoes are nice looking, but... they had glue smeared around the bottom, around the bottom edge of the sole where it met the footbed was "rough finished" and honestly.. I bought these as a gift and the box was not neatly packed, the box was smashed and torn.. looking like it went through hell to get here. For $150, I at least hoped I could give them as a gift. Im quite disappointed.

This company is very challenging to work with. I purchased a pair of sandals according to their size guide and after trying them on knew that they wouldn’t work for me regardless of size. Despite boasting a wide toe box design, they aren’t nearly wide enough for my feet. The sole was too narrow but not too short. The straps were almost too loose- since it’s leather they’ll inevitably stretch. I requested a return per their websites process and was met with quite a bit of resistance. They insisted that the shoes would stretch. I didn’t need them to stretch- I needed a wider sole. The sole will not stretch. The company, over several back and forth emails, kept ignoring that I was requesting a return and pushing an exchange. I was assured that sizing up would solve the issues I was facing with sizing. I checked that I would still be able to return the second pair if it inevitably didn’t fit and they said yes. I was required to pay return shipping and place a new order for the next size. My return arrived back at the return address over a week ago and has not been credited to my account yet. My emails regarding returning the second pair have not been answered.

I placed an order on February 6 of this year. I received the oh-so-friendly response of "Thank you for your order" kind of email. And then nothing from them until February 21 in response to my inquiry as to the status and location of my order. They don't offer any means to track an order on your site. Their "customer service" person, 'Jessel' promised contact and shipping information within two days - which did not happen, nor did I see any progress from 'Jessel' in communicating with me. They obviously know they are doing such a poor job with their customers as they do not leave any place to leave reviews, I have to assume all reviews on the site are written by their very own HR and PR departments. I will not purchase from this company again. This is simply some of the poorest customer service I have ever seen.
