I received a set of sheets with pillowcases and the didn't even my mattress. $250 gone down the drain, I didn't get to use them at all. Too, small for my mattress and I was told I would get a replacement yet a month later still no replacement. No refund. How do they treat people like this? Why won't you stand behind what you say?

Die Schuhe sind viel zu eng geschnitten und passen mir nicht. Ich habe den Verkäufer unzählige male angeschrieben. Zuerst wurde mir erklärt ich solle die Schuhe doch behalten, diese werden in Handarbeit in der Türkei hergestellt, dann hat man mich ständig vertröstet. Schließlich habe ich eine Rücksendeadresse in Lettland bekommen, das Porto musste ich selber zahlen. Einige Wochen später kamen die Schuhe wieder zurück, nicht abgeholt. Ich kann diesen Shop nicht empfehlen und werde dort nie wieder etwas kaufen.

When I first bought my earthing harmony shoes I was so impressed. They are very comfortable and I liked the design. I had such high hopes for them. Less than a month later, the seams on the bottom of the shoe were already coming undone. I reached out to the company about it and they gave me $15 to have them repaired and gave me instructions on how to keep them in good condition which basically consisted of don't use them on rough/abrasive surfaces, or in the heat...so don't go outside with them! Then about 2 months in, the copper plug in my left side broke on the bottom, causing the top to become raised and now they give me blisters on my feet. I reached out to the company again and was offered a 5% discount to buy a brand new pair of shoes after only 4 months. Also, the way they are designed causes me to walk more on the outside of the heel and it has worn down to almost nothing already. I wish they were better quality, and would last but they don't unfortunately 😔

Website says “You’ve unlocked 30% off your order” for giving them your email. No coupon… reach out “hey, is there a code?”… they respond, “it says up to 30%”… send a screenshot saying “you’ve unlocked 30%”… they ignore it 😂👍

I was so excited to get these shoes. I opened the box and the bottom of the shoe's are worn and have marks all over them. They are obviously used shoes. For $160 dollars ( that i would never usually spend) they need to have better quality control. Im praying they get back to me to resolve this issue. Im extremely unhappy.

Horrible product! I bought the grounding sheet, and we used it once and the fabric pilled so badly that we could not sleep on it again. It was so uncomfortable and rough. Horribly cheap product for a high price. Don't waste your money.
