I received my shoes on August 17, 2025. I tried on the shoes and they were way to big and too slippery fo me. I am elderly and I did not want to take a risk of falling. The sole has not grip. I requested a refund ono August 30. I mailed the shoes back to EH. They received the package on 09/18/2025. They finally approved my refund on 09/26/25. As of today, 10-14-25, I still have not received my refund. DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THEM IF YOU DO NOT LIKE WAITING ON A REFUND IF IT DOESN'T WORK OUT. THEY ARE NOT EASY TO DEAL WITH.

I’m honestly shocked by this company’s response. After weeks of waiting for my order. The shoes arrived poorly packed and damaged, with a broken box, dents on the shoes, and even a hole in the sole. They offered a $20 refund as a “gesture” which feels insulting given the situation. These shoes are said to be handcrafted, but there was clearly zero quality control. Considering they come all the way from Turkey, I expected proper packaging to protect them during transit. There was literally a thin shoe box with a silver wrap around it. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing. I am requesting a full refund and a prepaid shipping label to return the shoes. I will also be sharing my experience publicly so that others know what to expect before ordering from this company.

Shoes are absolutely horrible. Slick soles a recipe for disaster. Not worth $170!!! No way to return.

Do NOT order from this company! There products do not work (I tested mine) and they won't give you your money back if you do a return. Shipping was delayed MONTHS, because the products are made and shipped from China and Turkey. Shoes looked nice in their photos but are terribly made in person. I tried contacting their company via phone and email for the return approval (another lengthy process with tons of photos etc) and got 3 separate emails trying to persuade me NOT to return the products and instead to use the credit to purchase more bad products that don't work. Now I have to call my credit card to open a dispute as it has been over 8 weeks since they received my return ( as shown on my shipping/Tracking number that I emailed to them) and still no refund. This company is dishonest and will not refund your money. I suspect all the positive reviews are not from actual customers.

I ordered shoes almost 2 months ago and never received the shoes. My credit card was charged, and despite my several requests to refund the cost of the shoes nothing was ever done. UPS never received the shoes I ordered for delivery. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Shoe failed after three months of use. Stitching failed on the toe and company claimed that it was from wear. When I first reached out, they said it could happen if I lived in a wet environment. I live in the desert. They said it is their “policy” did allow them to refund or provide me with replacement shoes. This company seems to do whatever they can to not stand by their products. It is too bad, because the shoes are cute and comfortable. But, they are way to expensive and risky to purchase know that you will not be supported if something goes wrong. Such a disappointment.

I ordered a pair of shoes 10 days ago, and they have not yet left the company to be shipped. UPS shows that the product is in Turkey, with a label created but not yet picked up. This is a pair of shoes that retails for close to $200. At that price, inventory should be stateside, and shipped immediately. They charged me for the shoes when I ordered. They should have had them in my hands to enjoy by now.

The sheet is being sent from China in a plastic bag and hence needs the first wash. I've tested/measured conductivity with an appropriate device and the conductivity was positively given. After using it on a regular basis which included washing according to instructions, conductivity could not be measured anymore after three months. I contacted Earthingharmony as I wanted clarification and was told that it might be due to 'repeated use and washing'. In my world a bedsheet is used on a daily basis and for hygienic reasons being washed according to instructions. I was told that the 45 days return policy didn't apply anymore and was offered a refund approx. 25% of the purchasing price. I asked if the product has a warranty which remained unanswered. Now I have a pricy non functioning earthing sheet. The return policy seems to be an easy way out as a warranty does not exist - be aware of that when you consider buying. I will purchase a product made in Europe as there are several online stores around.
