I was having the worst time sleeping and misserable at work everyday (night) I was getting a couple hours of sleep during the day! Now I pop in my ear plugs n sleep for at least 6 hours a day!!!! I'm refreshed and energetic for work! I love these plugs couldn't live without them!!!! Total noise blockage for a light sleeper! A true blessing :-) I can't thank you enough!

I had high hopes that I'd finally be getting better sleep, but, while I found the ear plugs better than any I'd tried, they were only marginally so. I'm still looking for something more effective to shut out my husband's snoring.

Dear Merideth: I too wear this exact ear plug every night to block out my husband's snoring. It works wonderfully, and it is the HIGHEST BLOCKING (most sound suppressing) ear plug in existence; but to experience the superior performance, you must follow (exactly), the preparation and insertion directions below, and you will then see why all the testimonials on our website page are true and accurate. Please allow this fine ear plug to have a fair test. Please Note! Many adults with smaller ear canals pinch off at least (a third), and insert a smaller ear plug that fits their ear canal better, is more comfortable, seals easier and blocks out better. This can make a big difference, yet you only make it smaller if it is too large and uncomfortable. 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly “tacky” so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. When the ear plug is soft and moldable and ready to insert, it doesn't matter what shape it is; round, flat , long or narrow; just follow the next step. If you are going to pinch off to make a smaller ear plug, then now is the time. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push FIRMLY & FLATTEN the ear plug IN and AGAINST your ear canal (until you feel a GOOD SEAL!) IMPORTANT: If it doesn't seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will seal well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly and sealing the ear canals; now listen; you'll her very little or more likely no sound at all. It even gets better each time you wear them. 4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out. Merideth, please give this fine moldable ear plug a chance to prove itself. I hate going on trips with Mike because I know I will never get any sleep. Have tried everything. The desperation is so bad sometimes I will go into the bathroom or a large closet. My latest has been listening to my IPod with headphones. Very uncomfortable and probably damaging my hearing. Well I ordered these ear plugs. These aren't my first ear plugs. I had some that were aviation ear plugs and they still didn't work. Then a miracle happened. I bought these new ear plugs and had a glorious five day vacation with my husband.

I use earplugs due to my husband's sleep apnea machine. They block out the noise, are very comfortable to wear and can be re-used. I tried a lot of ear plugs before these and nothing else compared.

My wife has been using these earplugs for a few years now. she is a very light sleeper and these are perfect for keeping sound out. They mould to the shape of your ear and are comfortable when asleep on your side. We use the same supplier every time as they have always been reliable. We live in the UK but order from the U.S and they are still cheaper.
