Dear Erica: This ultra-high blocking ear plug that we sent you will EASILY block out the snoring sound when it is inserted correctly and SEALING the ear canal! I will explain below how to get the ear plug to work: As on the instruction card that came with your order and the video that is on our website; you must first knead the ear plug between your fingers for 10 seconds to make it (soft & moldable). Then with the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug (a bit firmly) IN and AGAINST your ear opening UNTIL YOU FEEL IT (SEAL) the ear. If it doesn't seal immediately, just keep your finger pressed against it for a few more seconds and it will surely seal. Do the other ear the same way and with both ears sealed, (you'll be shocked)! Now listen to the (silence).. Erica, we all wear the same ear plug successfully every day and night for the same reason. Dear Madina: "A few times" No way!!! Medina, you must be confusing a different website from ours. Our website CLEARLY states that the ear plugs can be worn from 30-35 times and more. Medina, one is supposed to insert the ear plug into the ear canal, not into the hair!!! Move your hair away from your ear opening as you insert the ear plug. All of us in our office have longer hair and wear them with complete success, so feel free to phone us and we will walk you through inserting the ear plug. Dear Jane: Our ultra-high blocking ear plug will block out most noises, but you have to insert it correctly; plus each pair can be worn 30-40 times; making it a much better value than any other ear plug made. First, let me show you how to get the ear plug to work! As on the instruction card that came with your order and the video on our website, you must first knead the ear plug for 10 seconds to make it (soft & moldable). Dear Louis: Our magnificent ultra-high blocking ear plug WILL SURELY) block out the barking of dogs, but to do so, it has to be inserted sufficiently to SEAL the ear canal! Louis, after first making the ear plug soft and moldable, push it a bit more (firmly) IN and AGAINST your ear canal (UNTIL YOU FEEL IT SEAL) the ear.
