Dear BK: I must first correct your misconception about the ability of our ear plug to block out the loudest of snoring. Just as almost all the other reviews you read; IT IS TRUE. THIS ULTRA-HIGH BLOCKING EAR PLUG WORKS!!! It does a great job on blocking out snoring. BK, our ear plug only works when it is inserted correctly, to where it SEALS the ear. When you mentioned that it got "stuck in your hair", then I knew immediately that you didn't insert and flatten the ear plug IN and AGAINST your ear opening; for if you did, your hair could not have been involved. Regarding "pressure" and "massive headache"; you claimed you received??? Out of over 5 million customers and over 19 years, (we have never received even one) complaint or criticism regarding massive headaches. BK, I agree that our ear plug is not for you. Your having too many questionable & objectionable issues. We are an honorable company that cares about our customers and their success with our ear plugs. We proudly honor our 30 day guarantee. Oh Connie: I am responding to you again on this subject, for our new customers should evaluate for themselves, see the whole picture and the reasoning for our website ' guarantee page' policy regarding extra or reported broken cases. To be clear, you did receive the extra travel case with your order, but you didn't want the extra round case, you wanted a rectangular case. Yes, thank you for appreciating our fine product, and I agree, without question our wonderful ear plug surely works well; for I and my wife both wear them too. Connie, often after customers receive the ear plugs along with the extra case that is included, they contact us again to request extra cases. Many like the (small round) extra case for it is easy to travel with. Some customers tell us that the rectangular case broke in transit and they request another, while others simply want extra rectangular and round cases and they're happy to pay for them. Our main business is providing a magnificent ear plug and we are not in the plastic case business. An important note: We (always) give the customer another case at (no charge) for the case, but Connie, we have to pay for the postage and packaging. We surely do not make any profit on resending extra cases and we only charge the exact postage. We always ask before shipping, for permission to charge the customer the exact cost of postage and 99% of our customers feel that it is fair; yet like yourself, not every customer agrees with us; they feel that good customer service means that in the interest of 'Goodwill' we should reship all extra cases for free. When we make a mistake with an order, we have always gone out of our way to more than compensate our customers. Connie, I've explained this to you before and I wish you could relate to our position. Whoa William! That is not correct! Without having to show proof, we will always replace a broken or cracked plastic box FOR FREE, but we charge just a small postage charge to resend. William, often customers ask us for free boxes, whether the box is cracked or not. A good product deserves 4 to 5 stars; and our product is better than good! Most sincerely Mary-customer service
