Dear Andre: It is possible that your ear canals (are smaller) and our ear plug is (too large) for your ear. One is supposed to pinch off material to make smaller or combine the material to enlarge the ear plugs. Andre, with our ear plug, you must create the PERFECT size for your own ear canal. Our all natural ear plug is made from Beeswax, Lanolin and Cotton. After kneading it for 10-15 seconds, it becomes "Soft and Moldable" and ready for insertion. It's most notable quality is that it is very very COMFORTABLE to wear all day or all night. Andre, yes, we too know that it works well, for it is the (highest blocking) ear plug in the world; plus each pair can be worn from 30-35 times and more. Now, first knead them to make them soft and moldable and then pinch off some material to make a smaller ear plug. Then insert the smaller ear plug and see if that is much more comfortable for you. Dear Valerie: If you do not insert our ear plug to where it SEALS your ears, then it will not block out as much sound as it is capable of. Please view the video on our website earplugsonline.com and follow these instructions below (exactly)!!! Just after kneading the ear plugs for 10 seconds to soften them and make them moldable, then with your index finger push and flatten ONE ear plug IN and AGAINST your ear opening (UNTIL YOU FEEL THE EAR PLUG SEAL THE EAR). Now take the other ear plug and insert it the exact same way. Once both ears are sealed, then listen to the SILENCE and fall peacefully asleep. Dear Julie: You were very generous to refer to our product as "very good" and rate us with 5 stars, even tho our ear plugs did not block out as much as you desired; but we have a pleasant surprise in store for you; they'll do much more than muffle the sound, after you insert them correctly to where they seal your ears. Please follow these insertion instructions below (exactly), and I'm confident you'll be quite surprised with the increase in sound being blocked out afterwards: After first kneading the ear plugs between your fingers for 10-15 seconds to make them (soft and moldable); then take (one) ear plug; and with the tip of your index finger, push it a bit firmly IN and AGAINST your ear opening UNTIL YOU FEEL THE EAR PLUG ((SEAL)) THE EAR. If it doesn't seal immediately, then just keep your finger pressed against it for a few more seconds and it will seal just fine. Now take the other ear plug and do exactly the same. Julie, lie quietly and listen to his snoring now. You may hear it slightly because you are listening so hyper sensitively, but close your eyes and to your surprise you'll find yourself asleep very quickly. Dear Steve: If you don't insert our ear plug so that it (SEALS) your ear, then you would be correct. It would be (no better) than the "cheap foam" ear plugs. Our ultra-high blocking ear plugs are "SUPER". Now follow these insertion instructions below and you'll be SHOCKED! After first kneading them between your fingers for 10-15 seconds to make them (soft and moldable); then take one ear plug; and with the tip of your index finger, push it a bit firmly IN and AGAINST your ear opening UNTIL YOU FEEL THE EAR PLUG ((SEAL)) THE EAR. If it doesn't seal immediately, then just keep your finger pressed against it for a few more seconds and it will seal just fine. Now take the other ear plug and do exactly the same.
