These earplugs have brought my husband and I back together after 4 years of sleeping apart. My husband snores like a bear! The only way we could both get any sleep is to sleep in separate rooms and we hated not being together. When we would be away from home I would wear earplugs, but I hated them! I tried the foam ones, but they made my ear canals itch terribly and the silicone ones were a total joke. I found these while searching for "custom made" earplugs like musicians wear. I figured that if it cost a couple hundred dollars for good earplugs, it would be worth it. After finding these and reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance and order some. (I also love that the company is based in my state!). These are amazing! I have small ears, so I just cut them in half and they are the perfect size. They block enough of the sound from the snoring that we have happily been able to sleep together again!

When I go to bed before the rest of the household, these plugs completely block the blaring TV in the living room. I live in a small house and can hear well. My husband doesn't like to wear his hearing aids or use the Sennheiser head phones because he says that over time they make his hearing worse. Go figure. In desperation I ordered these ear plugs and they have proven to be so effective at blocking the TV I had to take one out to check if he was still watching TV. My reason for only giving 4 stars is that my long hair sticks to the plug material so I have to keep my hair tied back.

I have to sleep with earplugs in, my partner shores up a storm and I don't like sleeping in separate rooms. I've probably purchased 15 different versions of earplugs but they all hurt my ears after a few hours of sleep (I am a side sleeper) so I never really got a good nights sleep. Then my mom found these earplugs that are like playdough - except they aren't a sticky mess. They are soft so my ears do not hurt at all and they do block sound very well since the putty-like material gets smushed into the ear canal. Super easy to take out and you can re-use them since there is no real shape they need to maintain (I mean as long as your ears aren't a dirty mess). I've had them for about a month and used two (I break each and only use half - otherwise it is too much putty for my ears).

I brought them on my 10 day cruise and to Europe for just in case. Voices, TV noise, vent sounds were eliminated and street noise gone byusing these beeswax earplugs. Falling asleep done!

Best soundproofing ever. A bit messy with long hair. Need to cut in half for most women's ears. Highly recommend.
