Oh KoKo!!! The exact time and day that your package was delivered in your mailbox was verified by the postman and the postmaster at the post office that delivers mail to your address. Your review of "gooey" and "sweaty" tells us that you have ((( much heat ))) in your head. KoKo, we are an honorable company and extend to all customers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for our (all natural-non chemical) product. You might just contact Amazon and inquire about returning for a refund. KoKo, maybe you can get some satisfaction using a Foam ear plug; that is supposed to (expand) in your ear. Our best wishes to you and our sincere gratitude to you for trying our product. Most sincerely Mary-customer service

Dear MH: SEALING THE EAR??? IT'S AN EASY FIX !!!! MH, just push and flatten the softened ear plug ( a bit more firmly) IN and AGAINST your ear opening (until you feel the ear plugs SEAL your ear canals. If it doesn't SEAL immediately, then just keep your finger pressed against the plug for a few more seconds and it will seal well and STAY SECURELY there ALL NIGHT LONG !!! Oh yes, we know. They really BLOCK OUT SUPERBLY !!! Most sincerely Mary-customer service

Dear Daniel: When you say leaking, I assume you mean that they are letting water in. If that is the case, then they are not sealing as well as when new. Daniel, be sure to press the softened ear plug a bit more firmly IN and AGAINST you ear opening. They will stay sealed for at least 30 wearings. Sincerely Mary-customer service
