Response from Mighty Plugs: The World's Finest EarplugsApr 9, 2018

Dear Disapointed: THAT'S AN EASY FIX!!! Just after i(working or kneading) the ear plugs for 20 seconds to make them (soft and mouldable), you didn't push the ear plugs into your ear canal FIRMLY enough to have them SEAL and stay SEALED !!! Dis~~~~~~please FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION BELOW (( EXACTLY )) and your disappointment will turn into happiness!!! 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it (soft and malleable). When the ear plug is soft, malleable and ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug a bit (( MORE )) FIRMLY; & FLATTEN it against your ear opening and into your ear canal (until you feel a (( GOOD SEAL )). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds, and it will (( SEAL )) well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals; now listen: you’ll hear very little or possibly no sound at all; and (it even gets better) each day or night afterwards. When they are sealing well, no matter if you yawn, open your mouth or even sing, the ear plugs will stay sealed, because the Lanolin in them them makes them tacky to stay securely.
