Both my wife and I have used these ear plugs for a number of years because we both snore I more than her. They do help to eliminate 90% of the sound and enable us to withstand each others snoring. We have used many different types of ear plugs and found these are the best for reducing the noise level.

Best earplugs I have ever used, period. Once a year I participate in a group mens retreat and we usually have anywhere from 14-18 men sleeping in the same large room. It's a 3 day event and normally I am miserable and exhausted due to the "snorers". I am a light sleeper. This year I found these earplugs and figured "Why not?". Thank you, Thank you. Sound was completely deadened. Very comfortable too. Didn't hurt my ears like the foam ones had a tendency to due after a while. Also, didn't come out, If you want good earplugs for sleeping, don't hesitate, get them now.

Honestly the snoring continues to cause havoc with my sleep I was really excit d about this product working given the reviews by others but it really doesn't make much of a difference,just wish there was something out there that worked!
