Customer service was ok .... but I don't really feel like their product worked as good as they say it does. I emailed them to tell them so, and she just told me to try it again and said how to form the stuff, and claimed she had been using them for 14 years, and said: They work! .... but I guess I don't see the point, since I already tried it, and I still heard my husband snoring, and still could not sleep! Also, it felt, honestly like a glob of polymer clay! It didn't feel like what you would expect beeswax to feel like, which is what they are saying their product is made out of.

These are the only ear plugs I have worn for over 5 years - they keep out the noise!
