Mighty Plugs are THE HIGHEST BLOCKING EAR PLUGS (( IN THE WORLD )) and 10 times better than FOAM BUT>>>>>>>>>they NEED to ((SEAL)) your (ear canals) to block out well !!!! Nigel Please follow these instructions (exactly) and you'll be very pleasantly surprised: 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it (soft and malleable) When the ear plug is soft and malleable, then it’s ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug a bit ((more)) FIRMLY (then before) & FLATTEN it (IN, AGAINST) and into your ear canal, (until you feel a GOOD SEAL). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t SEAL immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds, until it will SEAL well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals; now listen: you’ll hear very little sound, often no sound at all !!!! Janet: That an EASY FIX!!!!! IMPORTANT: If you insert them a (bit more) firmly, deeper ((into)) your ear canal and allow them to SEAL, you will notice a significant decrease in the snoring sound. 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it (soft, malleable) and slightly “tacky”. When the ear plug is soft and malleable, then it’s ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug a bit ((more)) FIRMLY then before & FLATTEN it (IN, AGAINST) and into your ear canal, (until you feel a GOOD SEAL).
