Contacted Eargo to trial their in the ear product. Eargo shipped a set of 2 inoperative units to try them. Upon deciding to move forward, their sales representative worked with me to ensure the best price, delivery, and follow on audiologist support. I have tinnitus and although the Eargo 6 does not fix that issue, the Eargo 6 aides assist in covering up the ringing so I can hear and understand what is happening around me.

How can something so tiny make such a positive change in your life ? These little devices are absolutely life changing - virtually invisible in your ear and the service and support from Eargo has been amazing. After having my new Eargo 6's for a week I went to Sunday church and for the first time in about 5 years actually clearly heard every word my pastor had to say. And no one could tell I was wearing top notch state of the art hearing devices. These are really life changing and Eargo really goes out of its way to help you succeed and get the most out of these miracle devices. The staff at Eargo before my purchase and after have been fantastic being knowledgeable - kind - professional and really wanting you to succeed in life changing new hearing. I just cannot more highly recommend any product more.

I shopped for at least three years for hearing aids. My hearing loss was classified as moderate, but I knew I still needed help. More and more people were having to repeat themselves to me. When I landed at my audiologist’s office for an assessment and recommendation, I told her I really wanted an in-the-canal device, so it would not be seen. She immediately told me that I would not like it and the sound would not be good. “She’s the expert”, so I bought the wrap around ear type device. When I went to my fitting, I IMMEDIATELY didn’t like them. They were flimsy, would fall off the back of my ear, and worse….you could see them because of my short hair. So, I was stuck with them. I wore them a few months, but after having to constantly reinstall a new battery, and the fact that anyone would notice and see that I was wearing a hearing aid, I quit wearing them. I’m really not vain, it’s just that it was so conspicuous. It always felt like there was something fragile on my ear that the wind would blow off at any moment. Speed up a couple of years and after studying and researching the best I could, I ordered an EARGO sample kit. They were actually “the” devices, with no circuitry or “guts” to them. You could put them in your ear, and feel the fit, and the invisible effect of the in-the-canal type device. It was great, immediately. After calling EARGO and asking a million questions, and then calling back again to ask more questions, I finally placed my order. I was scared. I had already spent thousands of dollars. What if this was just another purchase with “pie-in-the-sky” promises?!!!! “It probably was”, I thought. My EARGO 6’s came quickly in the mail! I was excited, but very skeptical. They had promised my complete satisfaction or my money back. They had promised if I had any problems, there would be a technical person or audiologist to help me through any problems. They had promised they would exchange any device that wasn’t working properly. They had promised they would “hold my hand” through any problem, with a warranty of three years! It was too good to be true. SO……I put them in the self-charging cradle to “sync” and charge for a few hours. I literally was pacing the floor with excitement to put them in. The little “ready” light let me know “it was THE time”! I put them in each ear and heard the voice that they were “ready”. BAM! Instantly, the sounds in the room were beautiful! Immediately, I noticed how rich voices and music were. I noticed the higher tones and the lower tones that I had been missing were there. It felt like when you see those people who put on color blind glasses for the first time. They are in awe of the colors. That’s sort of the same thing I experienced, only with sound. I was assigned my own audiologist, Dr. Ashley K. She reached out to me and made an appointment to walk through the installation, syncing, and setup of my devices. She not only was kind and patient with me, she was aware of my audiogram, and helped me make program adjustments that were designed specifically for “my” needs. She has since, been available by phone or email at any time I needed her. Ok. You may say, “everything went well for you, you’re just lucky”. No, I had several problems and she resolved them. I even had a problem she wasn’t satisfied that really resolved an issue. She had new devices sent to me to replace the ones that had the problem! I really couldn’t believe the service and the immediate action that was taken! I wanted to sit down and write this sooner, but I also wanted to wait and see if EARGO was too good to be true. Nope. They’re really as good as their promise, and I highly recommend them. The sound is great, they’re invisible, their service and warranty promise has been kept, and I love them! I’m writing this because I needed this kind of information from a user to help me in my decision making process. Thank you Ashley. Thank you EARGO.

My Eargos have had a decidedly positive effect on my life. My wife doesn't have to repeat herself & I can hear everyday sounds I had forgotten about. Like the ticking of our clocks in the living room and in my study. They are comfortable and easy to care for. And they are priced far below what a hearing aid center charges for old style aids. Plus, Eargos are truly invisible.

Great technology was my initial reason for trying out Eargo. I was surprised at its capabilities and they didn't disappoint! I have a somewhat unique unilateral hearing loss and then my band days took a lot of my high-end in both ears. The music setting was amazing! I had an emotional experience not realizing how much I was actually missing until now! I use the open pedals to let natural bass in and avoid occlusion (hearing yourself speak) which is a great option. The restaurant setting takes some getting used to but these things have helped me a lot from simply nodding my head to engaging a lot more in the conversations. I also wanted something no one could see and ask questions about and no one notices I'm wearing these. They are super comfortable so I can wear them a lot. It's worth doing your research. It's not possible to have Bluetooth in such a tiny housing and last all day. The charger is great and they last all day and into the night without issue, I'm very happy I bought these.

after 23yrs in law enforcement there were slow days when we would meet up at the range either on second shift or 3rd which ever was slowest.Because it was slow we didn't wear hearing protection because if dispatch called us on the radio we couldn't hear them with hearing protection on. I'm not blaming anyone because it was strictly my decision. I tried several different hearing devices that didn't deliver like they said. one day I saw an ad for Eargo and it caught my eye. the device was so small and produced great sound. I called and after talking to a very well knowledgeable customer reprepresentatives I bought the Neo Hi fi and they were great. A couple months later I saw another ad from Eargo introducing Eargo 6. I called and the rep took about 30 minutes explaining them and how they worked. I ordered a set and to my surprise were very inexpensive. Eargo came up with a technology called sound match. this process test both ears and adjust sound quality to both ears. My ears of course aren't 100% but I don't have to ask people"huh,what,etc. God bless Eargo their technology their staff without who I would still be in the dark.

I love my Eargo's! At 60+ years of age these are the first hearing-aid devices I've ever worn and I wish I hadn't waited so long. They have dramatically improved my hearing (especially with respect to the higher frequencies). In addition, the Eargo's were affordable, they are super-easy to care for, and they are virtually unnoticeable to others as I wear them. This was a great purchasing decision.

I want to let everyone know that after trying many sets of hearing aids, I finally found a set that works for me and they are almost invisible. the customer service is amazing and the way they charge up, program, and perform is amazing. The best on the market by far!!! You will love them!! Try a set today!!
