I have been wearing the new EARGO-6 hearing aids for the last several weeks. They are, by far, the best hearing aids I have ever worn (and I have been wearing hearing aids for about 20 years). They are very comfortable in the ears and the sound quality is very natural. I particularly like the ability to adjust the volume and the bass/treble using the app on my phone. In addition, being totally within the ear I do not get wind noise associated with behind the ear types and they don't get tangled with my glasses and mask. All in all, I would recommend these hearing aids without hesitation.

I bought Eargo from Eargo website directly. I have been using them for 4 months now. I am happy so far with my purchase for following reasons- Eargo are very small and cannot be easily seen by anyone. I have been searching for hearing aids that can be hidden in my ear and I'm glad I found eargo. I didn't like behind the ear hearing aids as I feel embarrassed as I don't like people seeing me wearing hearing aid. Eargo don't clog my ears much. My recommendation to eargo is continuing to further reduce the size of devices to make them even more tiny and further continue to improve technology. My experience with eargo 6 so far has been positive and I would definitely recommend them.

It's been roughly 2 months since I have had my Eargo 6 devices. They work great! Hearing quality is very good and they are invisible in my ears! Easy to keep clean, they are easy to get in and out with a little bit of practice. My health plan was able to pay me back for the cost of the devices. Eargo customer service has been wonderful, along with their follow up. I would highly recommend Eargo! If you want a quality hearing aid for a good price try the Eargo 6. You won't be disappointed! After having other hearing aids that never stayed on your ears and weren't very comfortable I decided to try the eargo hearing aids. These aids are so comfortable I don't realize I'm wearing them. This is the best hearing aid out there. There customer support is excellent. The whole design and operation of eargo if above and beyond other hearing aids. Cost is also very good too, considerably less expensive than others.

I have had my Eargo for almost a year and It took a little bit to get used to all the new sound and learn how to change setting so I don't hear the kids TV in the background. NOW the big problem with these little aids.. I forget to take them out when getting in the shower. More than once I have had to jump out and put the min a small glass of Rice that I learned to keep handy. Amazingly, They come out kicking and never miss a beat. I certainly would not recommend getting them wet, But it sure show how good they are if you make my kind of mistake. Congratulation EARGO. I am a 78 year old user for life!

No one can see it, super comfortable. I forget I have it in. Have recommended to many folks. Service from representatives is outstanding.

I bought Eargo 6 hearing aids in part because I had been using over-the-ear aids and was annoyed by so many things getting tangled over my ears (aids, glasses, and mask). Problem solved with Eargos, which fit completely in the ear canal. The batteries last all day and are rechargeable, so no more changing batteries every few days. I also like that I can tune the Eargos to my own ears right from my phone or computer using their free app. I can also make adjustments at any time using my phone, which is handy when I have trouble understanding dialog in movies or news reports. I worked with an audiologist from Eargo to make adjustments during the first month or two when I experienced some audio anomalies with high frequencies. Those are now minimal and a small price to pay for the other advantages. I should also mention that they're virtually invisible. At the doctor's office the other day a nurse tried to insert a thermometer in my ear because she didn't see the Eargo. Eargos aren't perfect for me, but they're a step up from the major (expensive) brand I had before, and I look forward to future improvements. The sales and technical people work very hard to make sure everything is as good as it can be.

Great customer service, the app for phone is awesome you can control Everything on your phone if you like. My hearing has improved so much my son turned his head and said dad can you hear me I started laughing and said yes he’s like wow normally you would of not of hear me.
