The turnaround time on my recent orders were absolutely fast! Ordered and had it in my hands in two days! Been testing out the unit lately and am really impressed on how it performs. It really delivers for such a small device!

Great product in the IVEN at a great price, and fast free shipping. Looking forward to getting another one, especially if it comes in a couple other colors

I've been using my Elon for years off and on. Now with the new grape ape I'm addicted all over again.

I am not sure if it was the device or the cartridges, but despite attempting to inhale from the device, I received minimum amount to inhale and felt minimal effects from the cannabis. I wish I could return the products for a refund.

Hi Alesia, Thank you for trying our products and taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than perfect. Our team is here to help. Here is a how-to video that may help troubleshoot your device: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XquAJRvu51M Heat-not-burn technology generally is more discreet and produces less visible smoke/vapor in comparison to traditional smoking. The return policy on our site states customers can return products within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Our customer service team will be reaching out to you via email to see how we can remedy the situation.

My complete order is taking about 1 month to receive since it was probably not properly handled. Still have not received the entire order. When I notified them about this issue I was given an excuse, and given an apology. No extras were thrown in, and now they want me to rate them. I have to give them a one star for a huge delay on the order, then getting the order wrong, then not trying to make me a return customer by making the experience better with some sort of bonus to offset the total lack of respect they seem to be giving their customers.
