It's perfect for a discreet night out. The only issue is when I went to take the bottom off only the cap and the rubber piece came off. I had to keep putting those back on to take the bottom off so I could get to the chamber.

my first vape
iven came within a week. i am a first-time user of any sort of vape so my inexperience is probably part of the rating. didn't realize that the mouthpiece it came with wasn't a spare. still trying to decide which heat setting is right for me. i have burned some flower. my experience improves with my familiarity of the product.

It gets hardly works. Airflow is good and burns my but to fast because t I still like it.

As for your bud, I suggest trying a session on the yellow or green setting as these heat the flower at a lower temperature, allowing for a more flavorful hit.

Tried the device once, returned, but only got half the money back
The company only gave me half of the refund of the device back. They took 3 days to respond to the return email but they did (hence the 2 stars not 1). But they said since it was used once I only get half the money back. Seems scammy to me as if half of the purchase price is still a profit to them.

To clarify, full refunds are available for new, unused devices returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the tamper-proof seal is intact. Since the device was used, it technically did not qualify for a refund. These guys are amazing, and the design on this device is par none, elegant sleek, wow factor for sure, I actually had a Buick 110 nylon case that this fits in nice, you could actually carry this one your belt, awsome product
