the staff were very helpful, unfortunately the shipping timeframe didn't work for me.

I sent a message through the website portal requesting specific product information and have yet to hear back. About 2 weeks ago now. Perhaps they busy with existing customers and are not able to address potential new ones. Sending update as fair is fair... and diligent response is probably as important as the product being sold. As I cannot yet speak to the ordering and procurement process however their handling of this post gets a full positive reply. I will being reaching out via telephone.

The product was quality. The biggest issue was: I didn't know where the product was, when it was shipped or predicted to be delivered. I,don't like leaving items on the front door. I contacted the seller about tracking information & got a tottly eronious answer with no follow up as indicated.
