Material Handling Solutions LLCReviews of e-rackonline.com

The product you offered was perfect. Your sales team was knowledgeable, however he was not through. He should have told

shipment received was wrong color from what was ordered. seller was discouraging in communication. still waiting for refund!!

I canceled the order because we were told we would get it one week, then I spoke to someone online and he said it was being send out the following week, never received it so I called and they told me it would be another week before the item even shipped, this is unexceptable

I ordered a gas can and have never received it.

Order was delayed over and over and was told many different reasons.....I Call them lies.....I would never use this company again!

I called e-rackonline to check the availability of a forklift work platform, the salesman told me if I ordered the item that day, it would arrive to my shop in about 2-3 weeks. I purchased it online and 3 days later the "Accounts Manager" emailed me and told me that he canceled my order because there was a 6 month bank order on this item. I called him to see if he could find me another work platform and he said he would send me some information right over...that was 2 days ago...and now I get this email thanking me for my purchase...so now I have to go through the process of making sure my company doesn't pay for something were not going to get...
