I am chopped liver.
I was informed that one of the items I ordered is discontinued. I suggest updating the website. The company cancelled the order, since it was just shy of half a $500 minimum order they require. So much for any future orders with me, there are plenty of other companies that are pleased with any size order, if even $1.

The great guy who designed our website passed away of a heart attack. He did a really wonderful job but unfortunately so that he could update prices into the database deleting products from the site is not possible so we cannot delete products from the website, however the page clearly says the item is discontinued so you don't waste your time and ours ordering something we can't ship to you so I don't understand why you placed the order. Of course if everything had shipped fine you would have never left us a positive reviewn which I can assure everyone out there that the far majority of our customers are happy with their orders. We are very accessible, answer phone calls right away always with a pleasant greeting and respond to emails and quote requests within hours. We are a small family here all of us having at least five years with the company. Not many companies can say that but I assure all who are reading this that everyone who works here at Material Handling Solutions is here because they love it and our customers.
