The navigation of the site is easy considering how many documents are listed. Tip: have all documentation ready beforehand. It will make the process quicker and simpler. I have used E-file for two years now and I don't have any issues filing my taxes. Also, I use the option that is free because I don't have a lot of documents when filling federal taxes.

The customer service was great, although I think the form needs a bit of work, especially for lower income filers. I had made a stupid error (not reporting .24 in interest income!) that kept my form from being processed, so I wrote to them and they responded the next day, very clearly and simply. It was an omission that I couldn't identify in the form but they took one look and told me how to fix it. I have always used TurboTax, but this time I didn't use it because because I had trouble logging in. Since I had just realized at the last minute that I hadn't actually filed my taxes in April but had just filed for an extension, I went right away to the IRS site. As I said, it needs a bit of simplification, but the customer service was great and everything was easily resolved!
