Today we had the pleasure of connecting with a customer service representative named Khadijah. My husband and I filed our taxes almost two months ago and had yet to receive our refund. We had no problem with E-File before. Khadijah listened carefully and quickly discovered that we had made an error and proceeded to patiently walk us through correcting it and helping us file our taxes. She took the stress out of the situation and we plan to continue using E-File.

I was on my third rejection when I tried filing my federal tax forms. I easily fixed the first two but was stumped by the third one. I called E-file and after a few minutes wait spoke with a most helpful and kind lady. I regret I did not ask her name. She spent a huge amount of time trying to figure out the problem. It was actually a problem she couldn’t fix, but the suggestion she made led me to the solution. I will use E-file again next year and from now on. Can’t say enough positive comments about them.

I use E-FIle over Turbo tax to file my mom's taxes annually. They have the best discounts that are appreciated and very easy format to follow. Especially for someone who basically lives off of social security but has one small annuity to report which causes an additional tax form to be used and other services charge an arm and leg form. Highly recommend E-File Services.
