I love E-File such an easy and affordable way to file your taxes. Best company ever!

I did it my self last year for free online and this year I needed help figuring somethin out and I spoke with a lady over the phone from e file and she walked me thru every step and saved me money with a tricks so u don't have to pay state and it was FREE i can't believe ppl have to pay 150 -200$ to fet their taxes done

I JUST FILED MY 2021 TAXES WITH E-FILE'S HELP. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I WAS A BIT CONFUSED THIS YEAR BUT WITH THEIR PATIENCE, THEY GUIDED ME THROUGH THE SIMPLE PROCESS WITH OUT ISSUE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!

This is my second tax season using E-file.com and I couldn't be happier. I will continue to use E-file.com.

This was my first year using e-File.com, and I had a very positive experience. I completed and e-filed my personal + small business returns (both Federal and state) on Feb. 6, was notified of both acceptances on Feb. 7, and received my state REFUND direct-deposit on Feb 10! I did get a little nervous at one point. While preparing my state return, it first appeared that the software failed to calculate my local tax, causing my refund amount to be way off. But when I went back and reviewed this, I saw that the error was mine...I had made an incorrect selection on one of the screens. Once I fixed that, I was on my way to e-filing. As background, I switched to e-File.com after using a big-name competitor for 10+ years. They got too expensive, and became more error-prone to the point where even their "experts" were unable to correct a problem that prevented me from e-filing this year. E-file.com, you've won a new customer!

I happened upon this site and couldn't believe how incredibly helpful and informative it was. They guided me through everything and it was only 30 dollars!!! One of the most user friendly tax sites I could have hoped for!! Oh,and I have NEVER done my own taxes..lol.Thank you,thank you!! Caren Lyons P.S. Customer service A++ also.

I've been filing with E-file for years. I must say that I'm very happy with their customer support service. Any time I have a question or concerns they help me resolve my problem right away. I use e-file to do family members taxes as well. They also have coupons, and their fees are affordable. Very friendly user in fact I learned how to do my own taxes with E-file. I used to pay a lot more to my accountant to do my taxes, he missed many deductions that I didn't even know it could cut my tax bill. E-file guided me every step of the way and now I feel that I'm a pro doing my own taxes lol, the best thing I did was taking charge of my taxes. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
