E-file.comReviews of e-file.com

Very easy to use and very convenient.

Worked for me. I'm retired and didn't have a complicated return but the IRS rejected it. I contacted e-file support and within 24 hours they responded with a correct solution. Great follow up. I'll be utilizing e-file next year.

I found this site to be very easy to use.

So easy too use.

Great service would not change a thing

Jenifer W is totally amazing. :) Very knowledgeable, patient & professional. Plus she just seems like a very nice person. I was getting a little frustrated in not being able to figure a few things out and she got it together for me. She's the kind of person I'd like working for me if I had a business of my own. :)

Jennifer was prompt, caring and knowledgeable with the preparation for my tax return! She was also helpful with helping me research areas that would be helpful to me. She carefully explained thoroughly what was needed and showed options! She is an asset to your company and I am so happy that she was so personable and patient with me. A true blessing at this time of year! Thank you so much Jennifer❤️
