Pretty good but I made a mistake by entering my same w2 information 2 times and refund total was twice the amount I was due back. I went back to check and saw my own mistake. I just thought it should have been caught by the app After that it was all good

Very easy and fast service; however, my impression when I signed on was it was free to file but I ended up paying around $92 to file federal and state so I was confused at the cost. I guess I would rather pay for a good service than risk filing them with a truly free, but bad service.

Free does not mean free. However, it is cheaper than other options, especially if you find coupon codes which seem to be common online. Also, they seem to be able to file online more easily than others which say they will but then make you print out your taxes and mail them in anyway. Not happy that I couldn't download a copy of me tax form immediately but hopefully within 12-24 hours? Probably a good service with those with SIMPLE tax forms.

The federal form was easy to enter. However, getting charged for a SC return when other states are free is quite the downer. I went to another free service that allowed me to download the SC form, print and send it. So 1980s!

The system in this Software, made filing so much easier for my, as I did not have any deductions this year. I tried to include them in Previous years with the block, and with the other popular websites and the Returns got rejected every time for the past 4 years. I have learned a vital lesson in using those. Efile is here for me, and those other's are not your trustworthy filers!

Tutorial questions were great but, in the end, the Standard deduction was more. IRS kept rejecting my tax and the explanation as to why was not clear. More helpful hints on the error would have been nice. Otherwise, better than Tax Slayer who is not actually completely free.
