E-file.comReviews of e-file.com

All the other companies advertise free eFile but constantly hound you to upgrade for a fee, they even try to trick you into purchasing the higher priced product. If you read and comprehend the basics of tax filing, you seriously DON’T need to pay.

Self Explanatory, Very easy, and if you had any questions you were a mouse click away with the button. The website was easy to read. And when you wanted to check on the status of your refund it was a cake walk

e—file is by far the best tax service l have ever used. This year was difficult because our identity had been compromised last year. I only had a pin for my spouse and efile helped me navigate the site as well as assist me with what l needed to do for the IRS to get a pin for myself (married filing jointly) The language on some pages could be improved-letting me know that l needed a pin on the efile page, (explaining how the dates for paying taxes meant installment payments) but l am a teacher and probably over thought it! Thank you for your timely responses to my questions via email and l even spoke with a person at one point and she was very helpful, too!

Very impressed with how easy and fast I was able to navigate the system. I would highly recommend this service

Really liked E-file. Easy to use real time saver and simple process. Also got return in quickly and no sending in mail.

Software was easy and guided through whole process while explaining what was needed and what was not. i recommend the software for my less complecated tax return

Had thorough instructions of how to fill out form. It was easier than I thought. Saved me money on going to a professional

I've used E-file for several years which is easy and efficient. I highly recommend it.
