The agent that helped me went far beyond the duty. I was so frustrated and in tears trying to get my taxes completed but when I called the helpline I got the cream of the crop agent and she solved my issues in about fifteen minutes. Efile is incredible and I will use them always!

Seriously...I never thought I'd be able to do my own taxes! I've used e-file.com 2 years in a row now. This year I had a question and dreaded having to call in but I spoke with Rageena (<---spelling?) and she was clear, quick and concise. Thank you for your expert help!! ~ Kind Regards, Sherrie L

I dreaded doing taxes and would procrastinate constantly until I used E-file. It is very easy to navigate through, will guide you the whole way and it's free! I entered a number incorrectly and my return was rejected by the IRS. I received notification instantly and went in and corrected my error, submitted it again and received an email that my return was accepted! Easy peasy. Forget Turbo Tax and Tax Act...file the easy way with E-file 100%

E-File was so easy to use, I was done in less than 30 minutes! A basic interview format is available which I found helpful. I will definitely be using E-File again next year!
