This sight was thorough and helpful, asking all the questions that my former "paid" service asked. It was easy to use, took a lot less time to get the same result as the paid service, and even helped me with a problem submitting. All for FREE!

the service is brilliant, book a slot on line and the IT team are amazing helpful. We needed help at the start but only pointers 2 15minutes chats. works well. Simpler than Mail manager Less expensive than mail manager Contracts simpler than mail manager

I did a simple basic 1040SR return; procrastinating, I did it within minutes on the 15th; easy... and I'm sure even if I had other forms, it would've been just as easy! And there was no fee 👍

The site's forms were easy to complete and had clarity of what to enter. Hopefully going forward this service will remain in place.

I’m not a computer savvy person. efile was easy for me. I love this program and love that it is free and sends straight to IRS.
