Do some research on the company before purchasing. I had to go through Paypal to get my money back on an order through Etsy last year. (Etsy has banned his account - check yourself). He also used other companies photos as the product he is selling or wants you to 'pre order'. His previous supplier LGT have dropped him due to his unethical practices and previous customer concerns. Even now, he has asked his Instagram followers to review his company positively on this site so they can win a prize. As part of this prize is also reporting any negative reviews. Look at when all these reviews have been submitted. He has also submitted a review of his own..on his own business.

I have not ordered from them yet, but from all that I’ve seen so far, I’d say that their sabers look to be made in great condition and their sabers are pretty cheap for Neopixel lightsabers. While other companies sell them for around $700, DX Sabers offer Neopixel sabers as low as $300 and that’s a massive plus to me. Majority of the negative reviews I’ve seen have been about delivery time and damaged product and what I will say to those is that not everything you order online will come 100% perfect every order. There’s always gonna be complications and delays, not every time, but on small occasion. Especially with traveling and shipping, things can get damaged, so you can’t completely blame a company for damages when you account for shipping distance and when it’s in route to your home. Like I’ve stated though I’ve never ordered from them before, but I think the main thing is to just be positive and go into it with a positive mind.

The HIGHEST Quality lightsaber I have ever bought after collecting for many years well worth the price!

Honestly one of the best companies to work with. It’s not often that the staff or the owner directly message you about any concerns you have and be extremely polite about it. I was scared my lightsaber wasn’t going to come in after I saw all of the hate but after talking to the staff and they assured me it would get there, it did, and it worked perfectly. I love this company for how it runs, it’s customer service, the quality of their items and the hard work and dedication put into running such a great company. Keep up the good work dx!
