Ordered three sabers. The hook on one broke on day two and they told me they don't send paid labels for returns. Returns? This is a defective piece of merchandise! YES, you send a return label so your CUSTOMER doesn't have to pay to ship a broken product back! Made the mistake of ordering two more sabers because we try to believe in small businesses. Waited two weeks...nothing. Waited three weeks...nothing. Emailed...nothing. DM'd...nothing. Sent an email requesting a cancellation and return and WOW did we start getting emails! Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt when they said they only received a partial shipment. Then a friend contacted us (we referred her to DX Sabers) and they were having the same issue! Ordered weeks ago, no communication, no shipment, no nothing! Then when we DM'd them again and let them know we felt unsafe about this entire situation, WE GOT BLOCKED! You do NOT block a CURRENT CUSTOMER! You can, but that doesn't mean you should! What to watch for: *We're a small family business of only 3 people. *I promise we will ship your items by X date or we will give you this sound effect. *You are pushing us to do something. *You are threatening us. *We are a small family business and we do not have the funds to return to [you] right now. *We are doing our best as a small family business. *Many competitors of ours try to scam my customers. *We are a family of 3 people and doing our best so please remain patient. (They told us this soooooooooo many times...) If you read those statements because you are requiring them to either ship your product you've waited several weeks for or requesting a refund....DEMAND a refund or dispute the charge, which is what we had to do in order to get our money back! We love to support small family businesses, but being small does not give ANYONE the excuse to hijack your money for over a month and then say they can't afford to pay you back because they don't deliver or because they send defective products. #neveragain

I ordered mine back in April. At first Brianna would respond saying it's on the way. I kept emailing, response saying it will be to me by the end of June no later. She also commented 2x that she would throw in tons of extra accessories and fonts to make up for it. I wrote again this week and was basically told the same thing except now it was the end of july. I asked for refund and to cancel my order. I was told they would issue me a refund after i recieved it and send it back to them. Once they confirm receipt they will issue me refund. I told them that makes absolutely no sense. If i received the product why would i want a refund? My last communication was yesterday telling them im cancelling and want a refund. This time, no response. Shocker. I contacted my bank and was issued a refund by my bank in 24 hrs. The bank said they will handle it! I told bank i have all email communication printed out and saved if they needed it. They told me right now they don't but they may in the future. I feel stupid that i may have been scammed. If this wasn't a scam, they don't know what they are doing. Don't order from them. Period.

I paid over 600 for an order. I messaged them a week before it was supposed to have arrived since I still have not gotten any shipping info. I then tried to reach out to them, but no response. Then they had time to delete my comments reaching out to them, but not to respond to me. It is a scam, use other known stores that are not scams. Its a week after me trying to reach out and its still not here, no response and I am going to try to get my money back. This business has so much potential.

Ordered in January and only just received the saber now in June.. before this I emailed them asking how long delivery will be to the UK, they said 6 weeks.. this is obviously not the case. After we received we wasn’t provided with the Alan key for the 2 grub screws it came with (so that's 1 grub screw and the Alan key missing. After gently playing with it unscrewed in.. The button slid down along with the charger.. To which we were forced to try and take it apart.. Upon doing so... There was no support at the bottom of the saber with the speaker rattling around.. This has in turn led to the red wire breaking to the speaker. After that we even noticed that another wire split completely. Product is not fit for purpose. They say that competitors write these negative reviews but again this is not the case. Wouldn’t bother 👎🏼👎🏼

I just got my sabers today and right away they look amazing. The sound super great and I love how you can change the volume too. The different sound fonts are also fantastic. It took a little while to get here but definitely worth the wait

i wish i could give this negative stars i ordered 6 months ago and no word on my order. i emailed the company 6 times throughout this period and no response at all, i go on the guys instagram page and he’s got tons of inventory so why aren’t these people getting their sabers? i put in a claim with my bank to get a refund cuz my emails weren’t being answered. i repeat don’t order from this company they will give you the excuses that their suppliers were scam or they just switched servers.

dude is a joke buys stuff from china and resells for 3x the price waited 5 months for a saber he never had so i got a refund hes a scam artist report him to the better biasness bureau wish i could give 0 stars

I would not even give 1 star! Been waiting since January 3 for my order.... getting BS excuses... (our suppliers sabotaged us 🙄). Can’t get a refund until the “products comes in and then you return it”. Oh but they quickly took my money in JANUARY and I can’t get it back! Emailed so many times with 3 responses full of excuses and blame game. DO NOT buy from this company. I’m in the process of dealing with the better business bureau and attorney general to try to get my money back from these scam artists. They will also tell you that their competitors are writing these reviews but feel free to contact me and I will send you the order number to show you that this is a legit review.
