Best mail DVD service, great selection, and great customer services

Great customer service. Any issues I've had, and there have been very few, were immediately addressed by a manager. In a perfect world they will continue adding to their inventory, adding more films and rolling out their new TV show offerings, but overall I am especially pleased by this service. Is it as big as Netflix DVD service? No, not yet. But it has every chance to be and I believe they eventually will. Great people. Great service. No problems. I receive 16 discs a month, every month. <3

I so wanted to support the DVDInbox business model but subscribed for two months and found their systems, delivery predictability and customer service response times to be so inconsistent that it is a better value to purchase viewings thru a streaming service - or used dvds from EBay. I so prefer having a physical dvd to view commentaries and special features, but this company needs to be consistent in what they offer to make it a fair value.

I have been subscribed with DVD Inbox for almost 10 months now and love it. They have an extremely extensive library (I have YET to want to see ANY movie and not found it on their list). They also have tons of 4K UHD movies, but have blu-ray/dvd for everything. However, what has really topped my experience with them is their customer service. I have learned through this service just how poor our USPS mail service is, but any issue they take care of-- right away. I have never waited more than 12 hours to hear back from their customer service when contacting them, and even when I have specifically said, I don't need you to do anything, I am just letting you know, they have sent extra movies to make it right. And the fact that they have the 5 day guaruntee where if you dont receive your movie in 5 postal days, you can report it to them and they will dispatch the next movie in your queue is an amazing service. Also, the fact that they don't wait to actually receive the movie you send them back and just wait until it is scanned on its way back to send the next movie is amazing. I live in California, and on average it take 3 postal days for me to receive the movie from the day they send it, sometimes 4, but I have had times where its taken 7-10 days, but everytime it takes longer, I report the delay and they send the next movies to make up for it. **NOTE PLEASE READ*** If you have major delays getting your movie, it is NOT because of DVD Inbox not sending them, I repeat it is NOT because of them, but due to the post office. But fear not, report the delay to them and they will make up for it by sending the next movie(s). My first month of service, it took 3 weeks to get my first disc and I thought they were being dishonest, but when I contacted them at the end of the month saying, look I am really trying to give your service a chance, but I received 1 movie this month, and before I could ask for a free month of service the next month, they immediately apologized and refunded me for the PRIOR month, meaning I had a CHOICE to just cancel my service or give them another chance, and the fact that they did that, I said I will give you guys another month to try it out and ever since I have been incredibly happy with the service. The fact that they refunded the prior month and not just offered a discount on a future month was really amazing, as no business does that, and I was incredibly impressed and gave them another chance and was glad I did. Long story short, if you miss the original netflix (for people who don't know what I am talking about, Netflix was originally a DVD mail-ONLY service, streaming came much later), this is a great alternative that I highly recommend and all I can say is give them a chance, don't be afraid to contact customer service if you have ANY issue or delay and you wont regret it!!!

I’ve gone back and forth with this company for a long time. When I first signed up, they were great—so early on that they didn’t even have a Trustpilot page yet. I actually recommended they create one, which should tell you how long I’ve been a customer. Their shipping process is a mess. If a package gets stuck in transit, sometimes they’ll resend it automatically—but other times they won’t do anything unless you notice the delay and tell them. That’s ridiculous. Not everyone sits in front of a screen tracking delivery dates all day.

I cannot say enough great things about DVD In box ! This is a wonderful company and they have a great selection and great customer service and are always very willing to help in anyway they can! Please check out their service as you truly will enjoy it and never ever be disappointed! :)
