We discovered DVDinbox when Netflix DVDs shut down. The only negative is that shipping takes a week or more to California. I am impressed about the amount of titles they have in stock. The only things I wish they would improve is that it would be nice if the had a west coast distribution center and they need to have more new release movies. I have tried many movies that are a year or two old and they very seldom have them.

I've been using the service from the beginning. These guys are doing a great job at carrying the torch passed by Netflix DVD when that service ended. I was a longtime user of Netflix DVD and sad to see them close. But it's great that DVD Inbox is attempting to offer the same level of service that we enjoyed from Netflix DVD. I think there are still some missing features that former Netflix DVD users would like to see. But DVD Inbox is continuing to add features and improve their service, so I think they are on their way to meeting that high standard. Their customer service is great and they do a good job responding to feedback and being transparent about how their service operates today and how they are working to improve it.

Great replacement, I was with Netflix for 10 years, i wish they didn’t send me a disc that doesn’t work, I had ask for customer service phone number which I didn’t receive, also when I received a disc that doesn’t work I have to email support, asking for a replacement disc, but they don’t send out a replacement they just add the title back to my list, also I requested some titles, but they don’t respond to my email, overall service is ok
