This app is a scam; my TV hasn't been working for two days, no one is responding, and I'm paying for the subscription.

Been a happy customer since July 2026. Been enjoying the immense selection that DVD Inbox carries. Many titles that are hard to find are available. The 4k options are vast and growing each week.

Great replacement for NetFlix. A large number of titles, though; I wish they had more TV series. Fast shipping, great web site that is easy to use. If you still have a DVD player, highly recommend!

I've been with DVDinbox for over a year after trying out a few diffferent services when Netflix shutdown their mail service. I believe DVDinbox is the best option currently available and I've been very happy with their customer service as well as their great selection of older movies on bluray. They also show you USPS tracking info for movies in transit. Even though USPS occasionally has issues, DVDinbox does everything possible to keep you informed and work with you when needed (resending a movie, sending next in queue, answering a question, etc.) I plan to continue using DVDinbox, probably as long as possible.

Delivery is a little slow, thanks to the Post Office, but they respond and address any problems. It's a less expensive answer to the ever-rising cost of streaming.

I can not put into words how much I love this service. It genuinely makes me happy being a subscriber.

When Netflix shut down dvd by mail, I started searching for a viable replacement, DVD Inbox fit the bill perfectly. Has been a great experience over all, an occasional glitch in the beginning, but support handled them and it has been fine. Would recommend to anyone.

Signed up a few months ago and we love this company. Their 5 day guarantee helps mitigate mail delays from living on the other side of the country. I cancelled a couple of streaming services and went with this instead. I also tried one in CA and DVDInbox got movies to us at about the same rate as the local service with their superior processing speed and overall quality of service. Highly recommend.
