I've been buying from Duty Free for many years and hope to for a long time to come. They're helpful, orders always arrive in perfect condition.

The best customer service and support staff. I have the option to purchase online or the phone. Always courteous and friendly. Others may have slightly better prices but reliability and assurance is much more important than a few more dollars.

I ordered cigarettes, they called to confirm my CC# and birth date. I was quoted a shipping time of 30 days. After 35 days I contacted them. They told me that my order had been sent. Shipment tracking on their "website does not even work. Now it is almost 60 days later and no cigarettes. BEWARE, THIS COMPANY DOES NOT ACTUALLY SEND THE PRODUCTS!!!!

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of one hiccup. My order took about 30 days to get here. I ordered and after about 2 weeks I requested a tracking number. I found out in the reply the product I ordered was out of stock. But a couple days later it was in and shipped out. We discussed changing my order at that time but I ended up getting what I ordered. And once shipped it arrived quite fast. Product was fresh, genuine and a great deal. I am ordering again this week so I will have the next order arrive before I run out. The communication via email was courteous and prompt replies to my questions. Thanks Duty free depot, I am now a solid customer and glad you carry my brands of choice (though am ordering something this time I have never had but from a brand I trust)

I've been a repeat (several times) customer of Duty Free Depot and intend to be a future one, too. Both the service and merchandise are excellent. Also, when I've had questions, I've found the customer service staff to be responsive, efficient, and gracious. Five stars from me!

Ordered 2 packages and did not receive one of them. For compensation they want to give store credit... To order again and you can use them for shipping costs. But still nog guarantee of delivery....

They have many similar sites but the company itself is not trust them. the goods comes from Israel. They sent me that were in storage and that I had not ordered. When I asked them changing admitted their mistake but they did not. So I lost my money. I have e-mails proving what I write available to any interested party.

I have been purchasing products at DFD for years and will continue to do so. I have tried others long ago with poor results then I found Duty Free Depot and will stay with them forever. all of them are great people and are always there to help if you need it. my thanks to all of you. Donald C
