My order arrived today in under 2 weeks of shipping date and I am very happy. One thing to note however is that the cigarettes smell a little weird (I am paranoid because some people on here said they sell fakes) but this is a new brand of cigarettes I am trying so maybe it is supposed to smell like that (I have never tried menthols before). The customer service is great. They always replied to my email inquiries promptly and helped me get information on my order. I will likely be ordering from dutyfreedepot again when this carton runs out.

I saw some reviews complaining shipments never arrived, but I thought I'd take a chance since I'm in Canada and Canadian Customs is a lot less destructive of inbound packages than US Customs. Once I sent a gift basket of coffee and hot chocolate to California and all that arrived at my friend's house was the torn apart basket. When I called the toll free number to ask a question, dutyfreedepot answered the phone right off the bat and were very helpful. We received our shipment in 14 business days, not too shabby - coming from Israel free of any C.O.D. They send emails updating the status of the order, and to remind you what the charge will appear as on your credit card so there's no confusion. Our order arrived in perfect condition, accurate, and half the price of the other duty free websites. We will buy from this company again - very happy :)

I was tired of companies who rely on the shipping/handling charges to make their profit. This is not the case with Dutyfreedepot. And the choice of goods is just perfect. I can still get my favorite cigarettes - Rothmans International.

I've been buying from Duty Free Depot for several years. So far, so good. The products have been genuine, the prices are hard to beat, and when there's a problem once in a while, mainly a shipment getting lost, they make good on it right away. I couldn't be more pleased.

I have been a customer of DFD for years. The cigarettes are the real thing not knock offs, when I was in need of Customer Service or Sales the people are very caring about their customers and they have always took care of any problems I had such as placing an order or if the Postal System lost my order, they were on it and kept me informed through correcting the problems.
