Dutch Bros is being deceptive! I learned today that apparently if you ask for light ice in your already expensive drink, DB will charge you an additional $2. I was shocked when the young man charged me almost $10 for a medium drink and had the nerve to flip that screen around for a tip! When I questioned him he offered no explanation, there is nothing on their drive up signage that shows if you want light ice, you pay a premium. It’s very deceptive to not tell people what they will pay additionally, plus the cup he gave me was still full of ice, there was no difference in the amount of drink to ice ratio. So, basically they charged me for the drink and still put a bunch of ice in it. I’m done with DB and I will tell everyone I know take your business to Starbucks!

Dutch Bros. has one phone number for all their locations. I have never purchased a coffee from them and today solidifies my decision to never purchase one. I had a question about their app, as it doesn't allow you to choose decaf or any other style of coffee for many of their drinks, so I decided to call and find out if it is possible to order the drink and then call the store to have them use decaf, you know, like literally EVERY OTHER coffee place in existence? I called on a Saturday and the 877 number immediately said that they were closed and to call back on Monday. Really???? This is a major company and they can't even have location phone numbers? What if an order is wrong? What if you don't get your order? What if you don't want to drive to the nearest store because you wanted to order on the app? What's the app even for if you are expected to drive in yourself and order in person? And finally, what year are we in??? Who doesn't have a phone number at the location??? I have never heard of this before. And a 877 universal number for all locations that doesn't operate on weekends??? No thanks. Starbucks is the clear winner and I will never buy a dutch bros coffee ever. They are even more expensive than Starbucks anyways. Almost 7 bucks for a medium drink???? Seriously? I pay that much for a large at Starbucks! You lost a potential customer for making things this hard just to buy a coffee?! Let me open up my Starbucks app and order a blended drink. Oh, thank you, Starbucks. Thank you for making it so easy for the consumer and order decaf and all the extras I want. Oh? I can call the actual store where my coffee is being made? Thank you, Starbucks! You deserve my business. Dutch Bros? Nah, you don't have to ever worry about them. You will always reign far above them. They will be defunct in a few years.

Wrong coffee after waiting 26 minutes. They remade the coffee by blending it terrible will not return also the sandwich was literally all over the bag not possible to eat. 0 out of ten will not recommend.

I really like Dutch Bros. Its pricey, but was always worth it because of the service. However, the service at this particular location is terrible. They don't have cars move when appropriate, so the flow is always off. Also, order ahead is a joke. Even if they're not busy or if there's more than one person waiting on cars, they will stand there and do nothing or just chit chat instead of getting your drink for you, which defeats the whole purpose. My drink is either too hot or cold or not ready when I get up to the window. The staff are not like the staff at other locations, they seem to be miserable, wheras in other locations, they seem to honestly enjoy their job. Maybe they need to go to another location.

I can't understand how it takes 45 minutes sitting in the drive thru line waiting to get my pre-ordered drink with 6 cars in front of me. Starbucks doesn't even take that long even with the same number of cars and they have complicated drinks also, and don't get me started on the 2 lines merge into 1 crap, I know you're just trying to get the most amount of cars in a small area but with the extremely slow service I'm waiting for drive thru road rage to break out! I'll stick to Starbucks i can handle the 15 minutes max wait.

As far as the staff is concerned it's a positive but my wife just had her blood work done today and we had just recently started drinking Golden eagle sugar-free coffees lo and behold my wife's blood work come back her ldls and hdls were all elevated due to this stupid ass coffee. If you're trying to lose weight I wouldn't recommend drinking their supposedly sugar-free coffees. We knew it was too good to be true and don't we look stupid LOL

Horrible!!!! put $20 on a pass and then the app refused to use it!!! What the hell. Chat box is ancient technology and no help at all. It will take weeks to resolve this. WRONG DRINK!!!! The attendants are rude and the drink was totally screwed up and tasted awful. Obviously the barrista or the attendant made or gave me the wrong drink. This crap place will never be able to compete long term with Starbucks or Mcdonalds. The people working there act like they are doing you a favor. HEY OREGON INSPIRED LIBTARDS: I am doing you a favor trying your crap place for a second time.
