Worthless liars. Nearly killed my cat for a kickback from Costco.

To be clear, we don't receive any kickback from Costco, we recommend them when transferring a prescription simply because they typically carry the widest range of medications outside of ordering directly from us or another online pet pharmacy. I do not recommend Dutch Veterinary…
I do not recommend Dutch Veterinary Services. My experience has been extremely frustrating. My dog needed a prescription for cefpodoxime 100 milligrams, and despite multiple phone calls, emails, and messages, I couldn't get a timely response. When your pet needs medication, delays like this are unacceptable. I expected much better communication and customer service, especially from a company that provides veterinary care. Based on my experience, I can't recommend the service and I'm seriously considering canceling my membership. I hope they improve response times and communication so other pet owners don't go through the same thing.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration this caused, especially when your dog needed medication. We looked into what happened and want to share some clarity. When the transfer request was first submitted, a preferred pharmacy wasn't specified, which unfortunately delayed the initial processing. Once you provided the pharmacy details, our transfer team completed the request and sent a notification. Because Walgreens didn't have the cefpodoxime in stock, we transferred the prescription to CVS, where it was ready for pickup.
Our transfer team did reach out to let you know, but it appears you didn't receive the message and kept reaching out, which understandably led to the confusion when Walgreens didn't have it on file. We're sorry for that gap, as we never want you chasing updates when your pet needs care. If there's anything else we can do to help get your dog's medication squared away, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll make sure you're taken care of.

Absolutely the best for great vets and convenient appointments. We still see our local vet once a year for in person stuff but everything else has been with Dutch.
