I loved this service for the first year I had it. So convenient and quick. Now I am so so sorry I remained a customer. Shipping/order issues, poor communication, unsatisfactory customer service, and worst of all, their lackluster performance as a company has endangered my pet. Completely unacceptable from a Vet service. Update: I made an appointment for a call from Dutch at their request. The never called. I was left without communication for 21 hours until they decided I was worth the phone call. After being (in my opinion) lied to, it was said the call was missed because of meetings (surely no one had 45 seconds to hang out and email), at the opening of the phone call. I continued to express my displeasure with the treatment I experienced. I was audibly irritated, as I feel I had a right to be after 2+ weeks, 22 emails, and 1 missed meeting. After more unsatisfactory back and forth and more corporate apology handbook garbage, I had enough. I used two expletives and hung up. Then left and email. I think it's funny when someone disregards you for weeks and thinks that's ok but the final straw is a cuss word. Grow up. Be better. This is the most nonsense I have ever dealt with, the leadership at Dutch is poor at best.

Dr. Allison Moore is most knowledgeable. As soon as she was informed about my dogs’ (Jax and Suzie) symptoms she immediately knew what the treatment plan was to be. Whenever I browse the Internet and find articles negative about food I am feeding my pets, I ask her. She quickly debunks any false news while confirming all that are true. It is reassuring to have her available.

The vet was very aware and helpful with my concerns about my dog's allergies. She listened and recommended a good option for my girl. I love Dutch and have had them for some time now.

I was skeptical at first to use this service but after reading reviews I decided to make an appointment. I’m so glad I did. The woman vet I spoke to was very nice and friendly, and she addressed all of my concerns quickly. We were only on the phone around 9 minutes and she was able to figure out what was wrong and prescribed proper medications. I will definitely be using them again over my regular vet. What prompted me to seek out this service was my usual vet hasn’t answered the phone or returned any of my calls for a week!! Idk what’s going on there but I will be using this now instead. Would definitely recommend.

My 10 year old chihuahua mix had a left front corpus injury/infection. I had a zoom meeting with Dr. Nina Owens. Dr. Owens was attentive to me explaining what was happening and showed compassion along with being professional and sweet. She provided medication to help heal my baby and was very helpful to my questions/concerns. I ended the call feeling more at ease knowing that she made herself available even after our meeting. Thank you Dr. Owens.

The vet was very nice and informative but the medication for the dog is very expensive

Very easy and user friendly. Tons of available times for us working weird hours folks. The vet was very polite, kind, and compassionate. Her prescribed a ton of things that would help her BAD hot spots, but was very clear that I didn't have to purchase all of them. I did, anyway, so that we have them, and Mia can get the best care possible. I have since learned that Dutch will price match anything, as well! Normally, it takes me hours to go to the vet. I pretty know what they are going to do for hot spots, but I need the script, so we go. Well, Not anymore! Thanks Dutch! Beautiful idea to access our pets health options wayyy easier and convenient. Of course, you can't do everything online, but for the majority, it will be more than sufficient. Has already saved me hours of my precious time!
