First, they are very organized. Our cats are feral and getting older, stressing out cats can be dangerous and the minute we take them to the vet, they have to sedate them which isn't good either. We love the fact we can avoid all that. Also, we really like Dr. Horn!!!

Dr Johnston was kind and attentive to my pups needs. She also had an extremely calming demeanor. I’m very grateful !!

I had a video visit with a vet scheduled and waited 25 minutes, no show. Yea on my account it says video visit completed. That being said, Dutch apologized, rescheduled an appointment & the Vet, Dr Katona was very very professional & helpful.

I have had Dutch for about a month because my cat has a UTI that won't seem to go away, you will never see the same vet twice, there is no way to follow up with a vet you have seen, there is no phone number and they do not get back to you at all via the messaging service text or email. I have been stood up by a vet and had a vet take a video call from her morning hike.

This was my first ever televisit with a vet and I absolutely loved it! The doctor was very knowledgeable, was able to quickly assess my fur-baby's problem, and lay out a treatment plan for him (which included a prescription). I was able to get an appointment 1.5 hours after I requested it! I usually wait for at least 2 weeks for an in-person vet visit (which stresses the hell out my cat) and pay four (4) times more for one (1) visit than the whole year of care through Dutch cost me. I just wish I found Dutch earlier!

The vets that I've used through this service have been excellent. Each time I've used this service it was easy to get scheduled and worth the time and money so far. It's helpful for me and my family to not have an office visit fee on top of other costs associated with most needs my pets have. I would definitely recommend using Dutch for your pet care. Not only are the vets superb, but the service from Dutch support has been fantastic too.
