The BEST
I contacted Dr Gonzalez at Dutch, because my dog Luna has continued issues with her ears. I’ve talked with him before, and he puts me right at ease. He assures me I’m doing all the right things, and gives me suggestions on what else I need to do to get through this tough patch. This time I needed medication, he took care of that too. I will continue to request him, as he listens to me fully, and Luna even sits still for my camera, while I’m showing him her teeth and ears, etc. THAT happens rarely!

Dr Murphy 10/10
Dr. Murphy was very kind and listened to my concerns. He addressed the issue quickly and followed up to make sure we were all set.

Great on-line experience
I have four cats, and Dutch has been a great resource when the cats have had health issues. Dr. Scanlon has become my go-to online vet. She is knowledgeable and compassionate, and a delightful person.

My vet was friendly and took time with…
My vet was friendly and took time with my little guy, talked about a plan to get him well, asked if I had concerns or questions, it was an all around great visit. They were also very quick to get my little guy seen.

Wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy
Refusing to give me a refund even though they have not shipped the prescription. Horrible customer service, in fact it's the worst I have ever experienced with any company in my life. Do not trust this company!
