The Doctor was very professional
The Doctor was very professional and pleasant to deal with over a Zoom call. He was very thorough in prescribing him a treatment plan for the skin problems and getting him on long-term worm medicine since that was his diagnosis for the skin problem. I am very happy with the service especially since my cat can't stand being in a pet carrier to go to the vet locally.

I didn't have to wait 2 weeks to see a…
I didn't have to wait 2 weeks to see a veterinarian was very concerned about the health of my dog he was very friendly courteous and knowledgeable a genuinely enjoyable experience will never go back to traditional veterinary visits

Every experience is Perfect
Every experience ( which is a lot of visits) I’ve had with Dr. Pabon in reference to my American Bully (major allergies) has been informative and incredibly helpful! She also really does care. As typically a Veterinarian is all business but she chats with him on zoom call and she always checks to make sure he is doing well. If he isn’t she addresses it immediately! And the fact she makes time very quickly for him is an added bonus. Sometimes day I reach out she will make time for him. The fact my dog doesn’t have to go to a stressful vets office is also wonderful. As he is not happy to go to a local vet. I don’t have to sedate him for her to see him and show her what’s wrong. Love it !!

Quick and easy access to the…
Quick and easy access to the veterinarian who was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My dog ate some moldy cheese and the vet evaluated the issue and evaluated it properly and put my mid at ease. I highly recommend this service

Love dutch
I love Dr. Levan when my vet apts are further out than I'd like to schedule I try to use Dutch while waiting on my regular vet. She is always kind and helps my pup out and gives great recommendations that my normal vet didn't got him on a few supplements that help him w all his hip and joint pain from Lyme's disease
