Dr. Hofmann was wonderful. I had to figure out the Zoom call and how to get the cat in the call, kitty wasn't having it. Dr. Hofmann was patient, understanding, knowledgeable and caring. The process of doing this at home is so much easier. My kitty isn't a fan of being fussed with & as a Senior kitty I was concerned about him being exposed to illnesses at a veterinarian office. The reasonable costs allow me to provide care for my multiple cats with the ability to add up to 5 pets on my plan. The availability of scheduling a convenient time for the veterinarian to call also adds to the convenience. The veterinarian followed up next day to see if there were additional questions or problems. I love that any prescriptions can be ordered through the app to be sent to the house. No having to take a prescription to a pharmacy. Overall this has been such a wonderful alternative to the trauma of transporing pets and the high cost of veterinarian care obtained traditionally. So very grateful for Dutch.

Quick and easy and personable to me and pets.

I was able to message Vet regarding Flea & Tick meds, living in Florida, weather already warming & fleas are horrendous. Shortly after sending message I received response from Vet with treatment plan & Rx authorized. Due to my budget, I requested 3month supply vs 6month & was quickly accommodated. I promptly paid for Rx. Meds shipped/arrived as expected. Immediately treated my furry sweetheart so she may get relief from these voracious fleas. This experience was unbelievably fast, super easy, excellent staff from Vet, pharmacy, customer service & shipping. I’ve have had Dutch Pets in past with my late furry 4 legged family members in past & was wonderful then & honestly it’s even better now. I didn’t think it possible to get any better but you’ve accomplished it. Surpassing my expectations. All around & overall excellent company, employees & app is easy to use & it’s affordable! Dutch has been a lifesaver for my family since we have multiple cats and don't always have the money for vet bills. For $109/year I get unlimited consultations, which has allowed me to access prescription medications like Credelio for fleas and antibiotics for minor infections without dragging my cats to the vet and spending $75-100 just to be there. Every vet I've messaged or video called with has been polite, empathetic, and professional. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to my pets' health and have never felt like my questions or concerns bother the vets when I message them multiple times. Dutch can't fully replace an in-person vet, but they are absolutely a money-saving service that have given me a lot of peace of mind.

Dr. Hofmann is great! Very knowledgeable and told me some things about my pups previous meds that kept us away from ones that could potentially trigger her seizures. Thank you!

The vet was very helpful, knowledgeable and seemed to really care about the well-being of my pet. She was not in a rush to get off the call and gave me very helpful information to get my pet the medication needed as soon as possible.

Absolutely they were Lifesavers. Very friendly, very professional very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable on how to treat my animal. Meds came super fast and I am super grateful that my babies are all better.
