This was my first exp with this service and it was really great. The Doctor was so sweet and knowledgeable, listened to all of my worries and concerns then came up with a treatment plan to help my kitty Bean. I’m so glad I found this service. It’s so easy to use and has reasonable prices. It’s very simple to use and this makes my life easier to get help & care for my kitty. Thank you so much.

I’m really glad I found this resource for my pet! The vet was timely. She was kind of compassionate and gave me lots of information about treatment options. She also helped me transfer my prescription to Costco so I can get the medicine faster.

I felt so heard by the vet and Humphrey got great care! I highly recommend Dutch!

Great easy an convenient

I read the reviews and they were largely all very good. I figured I'd give it a shot. I have 4 animals - 2 dogs, 2 cats and 3 of them are seniors so having this option seemed like a great idea esp since someone always has something going on. I easily enrolled and I made an appointment. Quick and painless. We had an appt for 9 am the next day - I can't do that with my in person vet. 9 am came and went and then by 10 past 9, I had a full head of steam building thinking who can I email?? I've been scammed! I was convinced the appointment was not happening and I could not have been more wrong. Dr. Weckel was running late with a patient - she had texted me to inform me - I did not know this feature existed. Dr. Weckel was great. My dog is having an ear issue - that i suspect is allergies. She was attentive, she heard me and she was knowledgeable. She had a game plan that I'm very comfortable with and truly believe will help my boy. I was very impressed with the whole experience - I've been very ANTI telehealth - dismissing it as a way to still make money without having to bother seeing patients. i was convinced it was subpar. But she changed my mind very quickly and I am happy to be wrong. There were a few minor hiccups working thru the prescriptions - only partially my fault - they were very quick to respond and get me on track. Overall, they get all the stars. I would have spent the cost of the membership, plus the meds and more, had I gone to my brick and mortar vet. I highly recommend - based solely on my one and only experience with them so far. I'm very optimistic.

The Veterinarian couldn't have been better. I was very satisfied and believe that she 100% helped me solve my problem. However, when I went to check out there was no option to choose the quantity of m the medication that I was ordering. I had to order 3 and for someone on ss it was a little steep for me to pay, but I ordered it anyway even though it will put a finical burden on me. What can you do? You have already paid for the visit. You can't contact customer service on the phone, text and e-mail only.
