I wanted to try Prozac for my anxious dog and was able to get a prescription for it in one day. The vet was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I feel relieved I found somewhere I can go for help with my pets without a stressful and expensive vet visit.

It’s better than any other service I’ve used both in and out of office. My baby is a senior dog and he caught a UTI. Dr. Brooke was amazing. She explained Tony other options, but overall expressed genuine concern and helped my baby out.

She was very knowledgeable,,caring patient, polite. The doctor put my order straight in so I can get my little baby well told me what to do and then she wrote it in the orders again step-by-step kudos to her.

The doctor was pleasant, the appointment went great. The prescription process is a nightmare. Very unclear instructions. Was told to order from an outside pharmacy and now I’m waiting for the prescription to be authorized. So it’s not helpful if you can’t get the antibiotics in a timely manner, nor does it help if the pharmacy they tell you to use (petmeds) doesn’t carry 1 of the 2 prescriptions prescribed. So then what do you do .. because you don’t have a physical prescription to take to another place. So I’m not recommending Dutch.com

Pleasantly surprised OMG!😀 I was able to see a vet same day I signed up for Dutch!!!… I was able to get a 9:20pm appt from the comfort of my home. I got text reminders for my video appointment. Dr. Barnes was so pleasant and professional. She was able to review my dog’s issues before our appointment so that our video time was streamlined and efficient. After seeing my dog, she was able to diagnose and prescribe meds for my dog and upload them to my online basket. That other Vet company didn’t even answer the phone during business hours, just bad and unprofessional. Dutch , was the total opposite, EASY, AFFORDABLE and a GREAT experience! They’ve got some nice really discounts for prescriptions and some other benefits as well! Definitely 👍🏼 As a pet mom, the best thing of all is that my Beauty will be better real soon! 🩷
