Dr. Aust continues to amaze me with her attention to detail, really knowing her patients and not needing to remember everything by reading a chart (EMR was down during last call and she didn’t miss a beat; remembered everything from previous visit and discussions via messaging). She truly cares about helping my pet and makes thoughtful recommendations without pushing any agenda. She involves the pet owner in the process and decisions and truly operates as partners. Have never felt that way at a Brick and Mortar Veterinary office. So happy I have found Dutch and Dr. Aust.

We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Gonzalez! He had clearly read all of the information I provided about Hooty ahead of time, and our meeting was quick, professional, and straight to the point, no nonsense! Best of all, we didn’t have to stress our cat out with a car ride to the vet office (which he hates!). What a gem of a service Dutch provides!

This is a great service. Easy, fast and efficient from home, no waiting in a office. The Dr Jeannie Grijalva was so friendly and efficient in her assessment. My dogs prescriptions were expedited and the customer service team followed up. It has been a great experience so far. I recommend them.

My experience with Dutch has honestly been better than any in-person vet near me. Every Dutch vet I've talked to has provided me with next steps, warning signs to look out for, and information about how and when to follow up. I'm really impressed!

Dr. Smith was fantastic and answered all of my questions. She took the time to throughly explain everything and give me honest answers. I mentioned how I had gone to a corporate veterinarian office and they seemed to care more about the money vs my pet. She was the complete opposite she was honest and educated me on all of the services offered including prescription. I would 100% recommend Dutch for your pet care needs.
