Second time I’ve used Dutch
Second time I’ve used Dutch. Very quick, knowledgeable and professional! Saw a a Dr. with in hours. Treatment started immediately and have already seen our cat respond. Highly recommend!

I was prolonging taking my dog to the…
I was prolonging taking my dog to the vet due to costs. This was a very cost effective way to get her the meds that she needed without having to pay all the other fees and costs. Prescribed medications were cheaper as well than getting them from the local vet. Plus, I didn't have to stress her out by bringing her to the vet.

Good but beware of additional fees
Updates review. While the appointment availability was fast and conveniently in the comfort of my home. The fees for the RX were unexpected. The doctor was clear on directions for treatment. My appointment was 6:10 a.m. on a Thursday..my pet needed 2 prescriptions. I had to email their care team to finally have access to the pets orders. At checkout for prescriptions they charge a $7 pharmacy service fee. Them shipping. To get it at the earliest would be Monday at an additional $15-$25. So I inquired on transferring my prescriptions again. Another fee. So, ultimately, I decided to split up my order between 2 sites and what should have only cost me $60 for 1 prescription through Dutch, after all of their fees ended up costing me over $80. So needless to say I lowered their ratings from 5 stars to 3.

One thing that may help going forward: we offer a price match on medications from other US-based pharmacies, so if you find your pet's meds for less, just send us a current screenshot showing the non-sale price and we'll do our best to match it. We appreciate you giving us a try, and we'd love the chance to make the next visit smoother.

I love that my dog was comfortable in…
I love that my dog was comfortable in his own home while doing his vet visit. Both of my pets have such bad anxiety going to the vet office. I love that the vet was friendly, professional, listened, & provided treatment plans. I wish these visits had been available sooner.

Using Dutch pet care instead of having…
Using Dutch pet care instead of having to fight with my German shepherds and the fear from the dogs and from the veterinarian staff because they're German shepherds.. not having to worry about muzzling them or medicating them.. for something simple, like flea treatment or questions.. is wonderful I can't ask for better care and the ability to reach out if I have questions wonderful company wonderful business and the vets are all great too.
