We have both of our 68 lbs dogs under care with Dutch. They have come through for us a number of times when we’ve had issues with our “brick & mortar” vet - whether having to wait 5 days to be seen for an obvious ear infection or waiting to get a prescription refill. We turned to Dutch and our dogs had relief much faster. The vets are knowledgeable, caring and available. I’m glad we started using them a year and a half ago and haven’t looked back.

Even though this is a virtual vet service - Dr Lama was extremely thorough and listened to my concerns - Ryker our DDB is a senior at 10 and going to the vets causes way to much anxiety for him - i was very pleased with the treatment plan given and the fact that I am free to reach out as often as we need too in the future

I am so happy to have found Dutch.com, no more struggles to catch the cat and get them into the carrier and sit in traffic to go to the vet office. Dr. Goode is caring and understanding, I am very grateful for her service.

Before this week, I would've rated Dutch MUCH higher. They've been extremely helpful. My one complaint before was that they cut it way too close sending reoccurring prescriptions. We'd run out the day we get a new shipment. However, this time that strategy hurt all parties involved. Our package arrived without contents. Completely empty with a "received without contents" sticker from the post office. My cat NEEDS a consistent level of her thyroid medication in her bloodstream or she deteriorates fast. To leave us with NO highly necessary medication, especially on Thanksgiving week! I'm absolutely livid. Their solution? 24 hours after we contacted customer service they sent us a shipping notification that her replacement meds will be here in a week. A WEEK. Beyond pissed.

The vet was on time. He was very professional. He answered all my questions. And recommended what I needed to do. Very quick and easy.
