Dutch saved my dog
I was fortunate enough to meet and work with the late Dr Abel Gonzalez, and now Dr. Katherine Royce, who did every thing possible to correctly diagnose and treat my dog, who became critically ill from a what should have been a simple UTI, that my local vet incorrectly diagnosed and treated, even though I begged for months for a culture and the correct antibiotics. Dutch Vet is second to none!!!

CHECK YOUR STATE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS TELEMED!
I didn't find value in this service. I will not renew my subscription. UPDATE: FALSE ADVERTISING!! I go to cancel my subscription and it says WAIT! don't go, you will loose blah blah and what is the first "BENIFIT" PRESCRIPTIONS! LIE LIE LIE. I want my $$ back and there should be a lawsuit.

Prescription availability through telemedicine is determined by individual state regulations. In states that allow prescriptions via telehealth, our veterinarians can prescribe when medically appropriate. In states that do not allow telemedicine prescribing, our service is limited to veterinary guidance and advice only. There are benefits to both models, but we understand it can feel disappointing if prescriptions are not permitted where you live. During signup, members are required to enter their state, and the platform clearly outlines any state-specific restrictions before you continue enrollment. This is intended to ensure transparency so pet parents can make an informed decision before subscribing. Regarding the no-show fee, we do require acknowledgment of the $25 missed appointment fee before scheduling. This policy is also included in the appointment confirmation email and text reminders. The purpose of this fee is to protect veterinarian time and availability for other pets who may need care. We never aim to mislead or take advantage of pet parents, and we take feedback like this seriously. We’d welcome the opportunity to review your experience further and address any concerns directly.

I have always found virtual visits to be convenient and Dutch made the experience so pleasant!
I have always found virtual visits to be so convenient and I was so happy that I was able to find an online platform for my pup! I had done a quick Google search, and Dutch was the first recommendation on the list. I was able to set up the appointment quickly, it’s very convenient and extremely affordable! I always have anxieties about having to run to an appointment with a dog and being that this was a nonemergency situation, Dutch and the vet made me feel so comfortable and it was just such a convenient service. The vet is extremely knowledgeable and thorough with the visit. I will absolutely be a longtime customer!

As someone who can't afford to take my…
As someone who can't afford to take my animals to the vet every few months, Dutch has saved me a ton of money on Veterinary costs and helped keep my animals healthier. It is super convenient and easy to book an appointment anytime. All the vets I've met with are very professional and kind.

Life and penny saver
Having two dogs, a trip to the vet costs $100-$500 for little things or routine care, not to mention having one dog that is very anxious at the vets and gets stressed. Having Dutch saves so much on costs and saves the stress on my pup. It is easy to get an appointment, easy to chat with your vet afterwards, and all my questions have been asked. For one yearly price, you get unlimited visits. Things to know: Before you sign up, make sure the State you live in allows Vet telehealth visits (Colorado does, some do not) and know that there is a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel the same day/no show to your vet visit.

Dutch is a great help to pet owners
Other than the scheduling issues, Dutch is great. It is much less expensive and more convenient than a regular vet.
