Great service from start to finish”
Had a really good experience with Dutch. Everything was quite straightforward and easy to understand from the start. Whenever I had a question, their customer support got back to me fairly quickly and were very helpful. Overall I’m really pleased with the service and would happily recommend them

First time was great!
It was my first experience with them and it was quick and seamless. The vet was professional and clear in everything she said. Highly recommend. My new dog is 105 lbs. and it's difficult to get him in the car to a clinic so it was so extremely wonderful and easy!

Service is ok, shipping takes too long
The service is ok, the vet was very professional . But if you need immediate care it’s better to go to your local vet since their pharmacy takes a minimum of 4 days to send you the meds even if you pay for expedite shipping and they don’t work weekends.

We appreciate your feedback. We're glad the vet's professionalism stood out. We are not meant to replace urgent care and always recommend if you need immediate medication to go in person. We do offer standard, priority, and rush shipping options to get your order a lot quicker. We also offer the ability to transfer to a local pharmacy.
